You need: (1) a UK bank account with a bank that supports Open Banking Recurring Payments, and (2) your bank’s mobile app or online banking to approve the permission.
If your bank doesn’t support Open Banking Recurring Payments yet, you will not be able to use this repayment method but you can still use Direct Debits or make manual card payments.
