Direct Debit: payments for a fixed amount on a set day protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, but changes/cancellations are managed with your bank and can take time.
Card payments: manual payments you make by contacting us or using my.oakbrook.com.
Note: Open Banking Recurring Payments are not covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
